    Michel Foucault
Who was your character and what were they known for?
Michel Foucault is a psychologist who in his early careers gave lectures to students in Universities at many different Universities throughout his early life of for his career. He had also married a philosopher named Daniel Defert in 1960. He had also published many books based on archaeology throughout his life. These books had made him very popular. He had campaigned for a social change with fans that had supported him. These campaigns were for gay rights Many people found his lectures to be famous.
Clearly explain several ways in which your character "saw" things differently than other characters, or other people during this time in history.
Michel Foucault was different from many people during his time; he had become a famous philosopher that had looked into philosophy greatly. He was fascinated by the topic and had studied, read, and thought intensely on the subject. He was said to have discovered is genius and many of his lectures had become amazing, before they became famous he had taught academically. Michel had also been well known through his inspiring books he had written. This is when he began to campaign for a social change to gain the rights for homosexuality and stop people who believe in it to be labeled mentally ill.
Include in your answer the person’s thoughts pertaining to the following categories:
What should be the relationship between individuals and society? That is: What responsibilities do we have to each other? Can we do as we please? Is society more important than the individuals that make it up?
Foucault suggests that in modern society people should be free to be what ever they like to be. He wanted the rights for homosexuality and takes away its title that it is a mental illness.
What are the limits of freedom?
Foucault is looking for more freedom in his campaign, he wants the rights for homosexuality help and stop people who believe in it to be labeled mentally ill. When some one is labeled mentally Ill they are forced in to being arrested where psychiatrists may use violent forces on the mentally ill patients that are being hospitalized. Psychiatric drugs used on patients can be very harmful and cause death.
Do they ascribe preference to positive over negative freedoms or vice versa? What ontology is this based on?
Is freedom of speech a good idea, or freedom of action between consenting adults?
Should any rights should be allowed or limited?
The right of being homosexual should be allowed and that power should not be limited to the government, and institutions like the army and police. This is because it punishes people who don’t obey, and homosexuality was something that had been considered people who believe in it to be disobeying the law.
When may government act against the will of a citizen, and when should a citizen act against his or her government?
Foucault considers the government to have to much power and people and that there should be more freedom. This is when many don’t understand how power should be controlled among each other.
What is the purpose of government?
The main purpose of the government is to help get rights for homosexuality and also to help and stop psychiatry to have some sort of political power on people.
    What characterizes a good government?
A good government to Foucault is one that everyone has a say and not all power depends on government and institutions. He also believes hat psychiatry for the mentally ill has shown to enact political power and is hiding many wrong doings and must be unmasked for people to understand what psychiatrists are really doing.
    Theories of Social organization?
Political order and organization (What legitimates leadership? What is just and what is justice?)
Other information that aided or broadened our understanding of the importance of these ideas today.
What was the impact of these ideas then and how have they influenced the way we see things now?
Foucault had impacted the world greatly and had proved that being homosexual was no problem. Also he had helped prove the physiatrist has shown to be to involve with political powers and is abusing completely normal people.
How were their ideas different from established ideas of the day?
How or why did time and place bias your character’s ideas or another’s responses to their ideas?
Would any one of these thinkers be considered the more significant than another? Give two examples of who, and why?
What present day revolutions in thinking (social, political or scientific) are taking place? How are they influencing the way we live? Will this have an effect on the way we think politics should work? Would your thinker support these new ideas?
Provide a summary of why your thinker is considered revolutionary.

    Economic Economic Development
    The

Cities around the world want the best for their people, many cities want to become highly developed and fast and when cities take shortcuts to becoming highly developed many problems occur. Every city must go through
    four stages
    ...
economic development areto make it a successful one these four stages are: Primitive Equilibrium,
    ...
country works differently.differently and shortcuts should not be taken to go into stages faster because in most cases it may result into causing a country to go into an economic crisis. So what
    ...
    this world?
    The

    The
    first stage
    ...
lived through this stage this is
    ...
on tradition. SomeEvery city must go through this stage for it to even be existent; some examples are
    ...
people were likewould is water and food and waterthat were sold during this timestage also. Desires
    ...
    called consumer goods,goods were different
    ...
desires are differentdifferent, some consume goods may include spices, and
    ...
    are discovered.
    The
This is why it was almost impossible to even think of being highly developed at this stage. This is because there is not enough resources supplied o the people like education, healthcare and other needs also many people in a highly developed city live on consumer goods.
    The
    Second stage
    ...
around the world.world however. Globalization would
    ...
    the country.
    The
Becoming highly developed from this stage may be possible only if the country has shown to have highly developed industry where science and technologies advance quickly. Also another factor is if many wealthy people come to live in the city because of good needs and desires. Only when this happens to a city it may begin to see some shortcuts taken. Also to mention that not all shortcuts are horrible and could even be quite successful.
    The
    third stage
    ...
    They varied nin the fact
    ...
rich. Some ofhave good healthcare some don’t, the same goes
    ...
internationally through trade.trade making it much more globalized. Industries become
    ...
    country a better Gross Domestic
    ...
in the country.country and includes many different measurements that would have helped throughout the stages however especially in this one because of the growing population in this stage. The GINI
    ...
    a country.
    Finally
This is where a city must look through graphs and indexes to determine and see what there re problems in areas of the city and must be fixed by the government. Only when almost every problem is fixed and all needs and desires are met extremely easily is when a city may move on to the next stage.
    The
    final step
    ...
    in a nationcity should have
    ...
in a countrycountry, making Highlyhighly developed nationscities very globalized.
    ...
    sustainable living.
Finally shortcuts in these four stages must know that much economic development may occur only when needs and desires are met for each stge. One example in the real world is Dubai in the United Arab Emirates still a young city today it has developed to extreme levels in just 7 years. However many shortcuts were taken and it is now under much debt and many are losing jobs and even there homes. Another good example that shows this problem are games that have created models to show economic development has shown development to occur in time and that zoning for highly development will not develop until resources are provided.
